We offer private sessions for individuals and couples.
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
are for pregnant individuals who:
- feel apprehensive about birth and want to work through personal obstacles
- have had a difficult birth experience or loss and are pregnant again

COUPLE SESSIONS
are for pregnant couples who:
- are looking for a customized and condensed format of birth education
- have attended a hospital childbirth class and are interested in practicing labor positions and labor skills from a body-mind-centered perspective
- expect their second or third baby and want to refresh what they already know about birth
- want more flexibility in scheduling their birth classes
- want to practice specific birthing skills in the comfort of their home, such as:
- Focusing and breathing practices
- Mindful labor support
- Labor positions that facilitate a more comfortable and efficient labor
- Strategies to deal with unexpected or difficult situations
- Ways to minimize fatigue and exhaustion
