Class Seven: BIRTH IS … A STORY

This class will be held after the birth of your baby (approximately 8 weeks after the last due date). You will bring your babies, share your birth stories and fresh parenting experiences, practice yoga (with baby!), meditate, discuss breastfeeding, sleeping (or not sleeping), co-parenting and other postpartum-related topics, and, most of all, celebrate your new family!
