If you say yes to these questions, come and join us for Yoga Way to Birth preparation! Our classes are built on the belief that both body and mind deserve attention in birth preparation, and we teach about childbirth within this framework. Drawing from the disciplines of yoga, Eastern philosophies and contemporary body-mind practices, we incorporate movement and body awareness exercises into our classes to add physical context to birth preparation and to facilitate personal growth.
As a mindfulness-based program, the Yoga Way to Birth offers valuable practices and insights for all individuals, couples and all birth outcomes — whether birthing at home, in the hospital, vaginally or by Cesarean.
